Clubs and Non-Profits
Most local clubs are run by volunteers who don't have time to chase sponsors, file permits, or manage event-day logistics.
We step in as that missing role.We handle permits, insurance, village approvals, and day-of logistics - vendors, setup, volunteer scheduling - completely free.
For sponsor dollars we bring in specifically for your event, the majority goes directly to your club; we keep a portion to fund the professional outreach and production work that made it possible. No cost to join, no bill, ever - just more support than most clubs could raise on their own.
Event Production & Creation
Some of Oregon's best events don't have a club behind them yet - so we build them ourselves, from concept to execution, designed specifically to draw outside visitors and put Oregon on the map.
Boxing, Bands & Beer is our proof of concept - a professionally run, well-attended flagship event with more concepts already in the pipeline: horse shows, rodeo weekends, music festivals, and tournaments.
600+ people attended the 1st Annual Boxing, Bands and Beer Event at the Oregon Ice Arena.
